Sourcing & Production Manager - Remote

Overview

We’re seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Production & Sourcing Associate to support our apparel category lines. You will own the end-to-end production calendar, manage vendor relationships, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective product delivery. This is a key operations role focused on execution, communication, and risk management.

In Short

• Maintain and update time & action (T&A) calendars.
• Manage vendor relationships and maintain vendor matrix.
• Support cost negotiations and prepare term sheets.
• Track production capacity against purchase projections.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance for compliance checkpoints.
• Act as a hub for communication between Design, Planning, and Logistics.
• Monitor global trends for risk analysis.
• Proactively communicate and coordinate under tight timelines.
• 3+ years of experience in apparel production or sourcing.
• Strong understanding of factory costing sheets and lead-time calculations.

• 3+ years of experience in apparel production or sourcing.
• Strong understanding of factory costing sheets and incoterms.
• Experience managing vendors across multiple regions.
• Familiarity with LATAM or APAC is a strong plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Proactive communicator.
• Ability to coordinate multiple moving parts under tight timelines.
