Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Product Listings & Performance Monitoring Support Specialist to join our e-commerce team.

In Short

  • Full-time remote role with consistent daily responsibilities.
  • Focus on maintaining and optimizing product listings across online marketplaces.
  • Prior experience with marketplaces like Amazon is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail is essential.
  • Ability to perform daily reporting and quality checks independently.
  • Run and review daily Best Seller Rank (BSR) reports.
  • Assist in capturing and organizing daily BSR screenshots.
  • Track and report out-of-stock products daily.
  • Support the team by verifying badges and performance on active Lightning Deals.
  • Check the accuracy of product tags, images, titles, prices, and more.

Requirements

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms, especially Amazon.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong communication skills for team collaboration.
