Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day financial transactions, ensure accurate record-keeping, and support the company’s financial health.

In Short

  • Record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial activities.
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts.
  • Monitor company expenses and assist in budget tracking.
  • Process payroll transactions and ensure compliance.
  • Assist in preparing and filing tax returns.
  • Generate financial reports for management review.
  • Provide data analysis to support business decisions.
  • Work closely with the accounting team and stakeholders.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive financial information.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
  • Experience with international financial systems is a plus.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and tax preparation.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
