Overview

As a Product Designer at Actabl, you will take ownership of impactful design initiatives, collaborating across teams to design user-centric solutions that align with Actabl’s strategic objectives.

• Lead complex design projects from concept to delivery.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to align design solutions with goals.
• Conduct and analyze user research to inform design decisions.
• Utilize and enhance Actabl's design system for product scalability.
• Deliver refined UI solutions that adhere to branding.
• Mentor junior designers and foster collaboration.
• Advocate for better workflows and focus on high-impact work.
• Organize workshops to align teams around actionable outcomes.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Communicate design decisions effectively in English.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Product Design, preferably SaaS.
• Solid portfolio showcasing design projects.
• Proficiency in user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Experience with Figma and familiarity with Dovetail.
• Ability to manage priorities while balancing quality and efficiency.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
