Overview

This position offers an exciting opportunity in Acrisure’s Finance department to join the Capital Markets team, focusing on equity issuance processes, debt compliance, and shareholder relations.

In Short

• Support the equity issuance process and shareholder relations.
• Create new shareholder records using equity cap table software.
• Prepare and maintain the monthly equity cap table.
• Document internal controls for equity issuances.
• Monitor and prepare quarterly debt compliance certificates.
• Support Capital Markets team during capital raises.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and shareholders.
• Perform detailed financial analysis and prepare presentations.
• Work in a hybrid model, primarily on-site.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
• 0-3 years of experience in Treasury, Finance, or Accounting.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Effective communication skills with stakeholders.
• Ability to take ownership of projects.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Desire to continuously improve finance deliverables.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
