Product Management Intern - Technology & Analytics Department - Remote

Overview

The ACLU seeks an Undergraduate or Graduate Intern, or applicant with equivalent experience, in the Technology & Analytics Department of the ACLU’s National office. This role can be either remote or hybrid based out of New York City.

In Short

• Support the migration of ACLU Affiliate websites to a new WordPress platform.
• Conduct detailed reviews of migrated websites to ensure quality standards.
• Contribute to refining QA checklists and creating best practice resources.
• Assist in facilitating feedback from Affiliates on their newly migrated sites.
• Learn about data-driven insights through Heap data collection.
• Perform QA checks on newly migrated Affiliate websites.
• Track and document content issues during the migration process.
• Collaborate with the Affiliate Tech Pod to address QA feedback.
• Support the creation of resources for Affiliates.
• Learn and assist with Heap data collection and dashboard setup.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to user-centered design and digital content accuracy.
• Interest in learning about data analytics tools like Heap.
