Overview

As a Senior Product Designer at Achieve, you’ll impact the lives of everyday people and help them move from surviving to thriving with digital personal finance solutions. This role focuses on optimizing our Achieve website, including new landing pages and tools, while advocating for customer needs.

In Short

• Partner with product managers to design experiments that optimize the user journey.
• Design end-to-end experiences from discovery to high-fidelity visuals.
• Use data to inform design decisions and iterate quickly.
• Collaborate with engineering for implementation feasibility.
• Advocate for user needs while balancing business objectives.
• Work with Brand and Marketing teams for brand consistency.
• Document and communicate design decisions clearly.
• Contribute to the evolution of design systems and patterns.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an Agile, cross-functional team.
• Data-driven approach with fluency in conversion optimization.
• Experience across desktop and mobile products.
• Proficient in concepting, prototyping, and high-fidelity designs.
• Understanding of A/B testing and user behavior metrics.
• Knowledge of marketing strategies and best practices.
• High quality in interaction & visual design.
• Familiarity with WCAG, Android, and iOS guidelines.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools.
