Accordion is seeking Turnaround & Restructuring professionals to provide extensive financial and operational support on client engagements across various industries, helping to guide turnaround and restructuring objectives.

In Short

• Perform analysis of current and historical business performance and capital structure
• Develop 13-week cash flow forecasts
• Create dynamic financial models
• Support corporate strategic plans
• Engage with client personnel and management
• Develop appraisal of business options
• Analyze large data sets
• Support quality client deliverables
• Assist in bankruptcy preparation
• Travel to client site as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance and/or Accounting preferred
• 6+ years of relevant professional experience
• Experience building dynamic financial models
• High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and business writing skills
• Ability to work under pressure and independently
• Deep understanding of financial statements
• Experience in quantitative and qualitative analyses
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong relationship-building skills
