Vice President of Group Risk Management - Remote

Overview

The Vice President of Group Risk Management will lead risk management activities for Accor Group, influencing the organization to mitigate identified risks and promoting a risk culture among senior executives.

In Short

• Lead Climate and Biodiversity risk analysis and CSRD for Finance.
• Influence the organization to decrease likelihood and impact of identified risks.
• Facilitate the Group’s Risk Committee meetings quarterly.
• Prepare risk reporting for the executive committee.
• Implement and monitor Key Risk Indicators.
• Ensure reduction of Group risks with risk owners.
• Prepare presentations for the Audit and Risk Committee.
• Write communications related to Group risks.
• Promote risk culture among senior executives.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business / Finance / Hospitality Management.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in a consulting company in Risk Management.
• Strong affinity with Hospitality challenges.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-starter with high initiative.
• Analytic and strategic thinker.
• Fluency in English and French.
