Overview

The Tribe Tech Lead will be responsible for managing engineering teams, driving product delivery, and enhancing the digital experience for Accor's brand websites.

Requirements

• Strong experience in managing engineering teams.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies.
• Experience with CMS & DAM platforms.
• Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager is a plus.
• Understanding of digital website best practices.
• Experience working with 3rd party providers.
• Proactive in resolving design pain points.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Fluent in French and professional English.
