Overview

As a Tech Lead in the Digital & Business Factory of Accor, you will lead a team of developers and QA, ensuring the delivery of high-quality digital solutions for the hospitality industry.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Proficiency in Cloud technologies (preferably AWS).
• Experience with Java, JavaScript, VueJS, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proactive and responsible approach to work.
