GAIA Functional Analyst - Remote

Overview

The GAIA Functional Analyst will implement the roadmap for the GAIA 2.0 tool and manage change, communication, and interface with various stakeholders involved in the project.

• Consolidate and prioritize requests related to the GAIA 2.0 project.
• Formalize specifications for prioritized improvements.
• Ensure deployment and functional adoption of changes by key users.
• Plan and execute the communication strategy for GAIA 2.0.
• Maintain knowledge management on GAIA 2.0.
• Prepare and facilitate governance meetings with stakeholders.
• Manage the commercial policy of the tool with regional teams.

Requirements

• Bac +5 in engineering or business school.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in managing complex international projects.
• Interest in sustainability and understanding of non-financial data.
• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability to Accor's culture.
• Ability to convince and demonstrate solution-finding skills.
• Strong functional analysis skills for decision-making.
• Ability to manage complex data for relevant analysis.
• Experience in change management.
