Overview

Accesa is seeking a Monitoring Support Engineer who will be responsible for proactively monitoring clients' infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and availability.

In Short

  • Proactively monitor distributed systems using various tools.
  • Apply ITIL Incident & Request Management for effective issue resolution.
  • Conduct scheduled infrastructure checks to maintain SLAs.
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams and external vendors.
  • Maintain clear documentation and dashboards for stakeholders.
  • Drive root-cause analysis and suggest improvements.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Focus on customer service and user experience.
  • Participate actively in team initiatives.
  • Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

  • 1+ year experience in a Service Desk or IT Support environment.
  • Strong German & English language skills.
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail.
  • Proactive attitude and collaborative mindset.
  • Strong analytical approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to stay organized and resilient under pressure.
  • Focus on customer service and organizational priorities.
  • Capability to recognize and solve problems efficiently.
  • Ability to create and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Basic ITIL knowledge is a plus.
