Overview

The Senior Labor Compliance Associate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with labor regulations, reviewing payroll records, and managing documentation related to labor compliance in capital projects.

• Review and verify payroll records and benefit statements.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in labor compliance management.
• 3 years of experience auditing certified payroll documents.
• Knowledge of Labor Compliance Programs and California Labor Codes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• 1 year of experience with LCPtracker.
