Overview

The Lead Quantity Surveyor will develop detailed cost plans and provide strategic cost insights for infrastructure projects, ensuring effective project execution and budget management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in cost estimating.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Proficient in CostX for producing estimates.
• Knowledge of construction technologies and sustainability trends.
• Post Contract Administration skills.
• Project Close out skills.
