The GrowthOps Operations Lead will define the vision and governance framework for GrowthOps operations, ensuring efficient execution of strategic priorities while managing a team of operational specialists.

In Short

Define vision and operating model for GrowthOps operations.
Translate PMO strategy into scalable processes and workflows.
Act as operational counterpart to PMO Lead.
Oversee pursuit intake and compliance checks.
Ensure CRM integrity and visibility of pipeline data.
Lead performance reporting for strategic decision making.
Manage content governance for proposal libraries and collateral.
Establish GrowthOps operating cadence and workflow integration.
Drive quality assurance for proposal components.
Continuously refine tools and workflows with automation and AI.

Requirements

15+ years in operations, PMO, or business management leadership roles.
Experience in professional services or complex sales environments.
Proven success in designing scalable operational systems.
Deep CRM and reporting expertise.
Strong governance and compliance management track record.
Effective team leader with cross-functional management experience.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
