Maintain grant ledgers recording actual expenses.
Crosscheck and verify data from multiple systems.
Understand Federal reporting guidelines.
Ensure reporting requirements are met.
Responsible for Federal, State and Compliance Audits.
File cash requests for various grants.
Assist in month-end close activities.
Prepare invoices and reconcile grant expenses.
Manage multiple projects and respond to dynamic situations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics or Accounting.
Experience in grants financial management.
2+ Years of Accounting experience.
Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains and Excel.
