Acadia Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Sales Specialist responsible for managing and growing assigned sales territory, focusing on building relationships with healthcare professionals and addressing customer needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in life sciences.
• 2 years of sales experience, with 1 year in pharmaceutical sales preferred.
• Strong understanding of healthcare sales dynamics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to travel extensively within the territory.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
• Must comply with vaccination requirements for customer visits.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
