Overview

Academian is seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Statistics to support the development of high-quality instructional materials aligned with the Advanced Placement (AP) Statistics curriculum.

In Short

• Provide expert input and validation for curriculum and content related to AP Statistics.
• Develop and review lesson plans, assessments, activities, and multimedia content.
• Ensure alignment with College Board AP Statistics Course Framework and recent revisions.
• Review content for mathematical accuracy, clarity, and conceptual rigor.
• Collaborate with instructional designers to scaffold concepts appropriately.
• Be available for scheduled online discussions.
• Stay current with updates to AP Statistics guidelines and educational best practices.
• Support the creation of practice problems, sample questions, and model responses.
