Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Data & AI Strategy Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a foundational understanding of data analytics, artificial intelligence, and strategy formulation, who is keen on developing their career in the consulting space.

In Short

• Support senior SMEs in the development of Data, Analytics, and AI strategies and roadmaps.
• Assist in designing processes that integrate new intelligence solutions across different business functions.
• Participate in defining and prioritizing industry-specific Data & AI use cases.
• Contribute to the creation of value cases for Data & AI initiatives and support in measuring realization.
• Help in the design and transformation of enterprise processes and high-level AI architecture concepts.
• Support the development of Data & AI operating models and enablement strategies.
• Assist in establishing and maintaining Data & AI governance frameworks.
• Contribute to the planning and strategy for Data & AI organization and talent development.
• Help manage the change journey in organizations adopting Data & AI.
• Participate in assessments and strategy formulations for Responsible AI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Engineering, or a related field.
• Up to 2 years of experience in a related field; experience in a consulting environment is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Czech/Slovak language is required.
• Knowledge of Financial Services, Products, Automotive, Communication & Media, Resources is a plus.
• Familiarity with Data & AI solutions and their business applications.
• Basic understanding of data platforms and software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Eagerness to learn and stay updated with Data & AI trends.
• Basic project management skills.
