Product Manager - Remote

Overview

Abrigo is looking for a product manager who embraces ownership and entrepreneurship while working seamlessly on a team of other product managers and product development individuals. This role will focus primarily on products and functionality within our Loan Origination System.

In Short

• Develop subject-matter expertise in our Loan Origination System
• Identify opportunities to apply AI to build features faster and improve user experience
• Coordinate and run user research sessions for actionable feedback
• Maintain and enhance product(s) based on user feedback
• Manage development, testing, and implementation of product enhancements
• Provide excellent customer service through technical support
• Ensure quality assurance through testing and maintenance
• Collaborate with client services, product consultants, and marketing teams
• Other product development responsibilities as needed

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in banking, finance, or technical product management
• Experience with AI-first or AI-enabled products
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Track record of results-oriented achievements
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly
• Adaptability to an entrepreneurial environment
• A proven leader and self-starter
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Occasional travel required for team events
