Abrigo is looking for an experienced Principal Product Manager to drive transformative innovation in compliance solutions, leveraging AI/ML to deliver unprecedented value to our clients.

In Short

• Conduct market research and analyze customer needs to identify opportunities and trends in AML/BSA/CFT compliance.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with strategic goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define user stories.
• Drive the entire product lifecycle, enhancing capabilities with AI/ML.
• Ensure all products meet or exceed regulatory compliance standards.
• Monitor the competitive landscape to identify innovation opportunities.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies.
• Analyze product performance and track KPIs.
• Regularly communicate product updates to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of product management experience in AML/BSA/CFT compliance solutions.
• Expertise in AI/ML technologies and their application in compliance.
• Proven ability to develop and launch innovative, data-driven products.
• Deep understanding of AML/BSA/CFT regulations.
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
• Strong analytical mindset and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
