Abridge is a mission-driven organization focused on improving healthcare through AI. As a Senior Web Designer, you will create innovative and visually stunning designs for our mobile and web platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences.

• Bonus points for familiarity with Webflow and motion design.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in web design with prior experience in healthcare tech and/or AI.
• A deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design work and relevant case studies.
• Experience building and implementing websites alongside dev teams.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail in typography, layout, and brand consistency.
• Comfortable in design tools (Figma, Adobe).
• Familiarity with Webflow is a plus.
• Experience in B2B or healthcare is a bonus.
• Familiarity with motion design and animation principles is a plus.
