Assistant/Associate Engineer, Analytics Management - Power BI - Remote

Overview

This position is responsible for executing the development & support of our BI solutions within the Analytics Management team, working closely with business partners and BI technical leads.

In Short

• Collaborate with engineering teams to design and develop Snowflake Views and Power BI objects.
• Provide technical requirements for the implementation of BI objects.
• Support current BI tools while migrating to new Cloud tools.
• Communicate project estimates, updates, and status effectively.
• Work in a fast-paced Agile/Scrum environment.
• Document and establish best practice standards.

Requirements

• 1-3+ years of experience in a BI Engineering role, specifically with Power BI.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field preferred.
• Strong organization, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience in the retail industry focusing on analytics and Business Intelligence.
• Strong understanding of data management principles.
• Knowledge in DAX and SQL.
• Experience with BI reporting solutions such as OBIEE and Tableau is a plus.
