In Short

• Configure, manage, and maintain Jira Software and Jira Service Management environments.
• Create and customize workflows, issue types, fields, screens, dashboards, filters, and automation rules.
• Manage user access, roles, permissions, and security settings within Jira.
• Implement and maintain SLAs, queues, automation, and request types in Jira Service Management.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply necessary updates or patches.
• Integrate Jira with third-party tools such as Confluence, Bitbucket, Slack, and other ITSM tools.
• Provide user training and documentation on best practices and usage.
• Manage spaces, permissions, templates, and macros in Confluence.
• Deploy and manage Microsoft Intune for endpoint and mobile device management.
• Ensure that all systems adhere to internal security protocols and industry compliance standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience administering JIRA Cloud, JIRA Service Management Cloud, Confluence Cloud, and Microsoft Intune in an enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based applications, particularly in the Atlassian ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of IT administration, including system configuration, troubleshooting, and user support.
• Familiarity with security protocols and best practices related to device and system management.
• Proficient in JIRA Cloud, JIRA Service Management Cloud, and Confluence Cloud.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune for device management and security management.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-based systems, APIs, and integrations.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation is a plus.
• Atlassian Certification or similar MDM-related certifications preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
