Overview

We are looking for a JIRA Administrator, Analyst to collaborate with cross-functional teams and oversee the configuration, customization, administration, and maintenance of a JIRA implementation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has experience with JIRA workflows, set ups and optimization and can ensure the effective and efficient use of the system, while meeting the evolving needs of the business.

In Short

  • This is a 3 months+ remote opportunity on a 1099 basis.
  • Manage and maintain JIRA projects, workflows, dashboards, and reports.
  • Customize JIRA workflows, fields, screens, and permissions.
  • Develop and maintain JIRA integrations with other systems and tools.
  • Train and support users on JIRA and related tools.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to JIRA users.
  • Manage user access to JIRA and other systems through Active Directory.
  • Monitor system performance and manage upgrades and patching as necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive change and facilitate cooperation.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders in large enterprise environments.

Requirements

  • Experience with JIRA workflows and optimization.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in large enterprise environments.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience with system administration and user training.
