The Thought Leader Liaison, Hematology - Northeast is a remote-based, hybrid role supporting Venclexta, focusing on engaging and maintaining relationships with leading hematology external experts.

In Short

• Develop and maintain interactions with oncology hematology external experts.
• Share external expert perspectives across leadership and the Integrated Brand Team.
• Manage planning and execution of marketing consultancy arrangements.
• Engage in congress-related activities and execute TL strategies.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional partners.
• Ensure a culture of compliance.
• Develop and execute national and regional advisory boards.
• Contribute to regional strategies with cross-functional partners.
• Participate in cross-functional project teams.
• Drive business forward through collaboration and insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• Previous hematology experience.
• Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record in meeting qualitative and quantitative goals.
• Thorough knowledge of commercial issues in oncology.
• Ability to work effectively while engaged in travel.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Health care certification/qualification preferred.
• 5+ years in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry preferred.
• Launch experience in pharmaceutical marketing or sales preferred.
