Overview

As a Senior HTA Statistician at AbbVie, you will play a crucial role in the evaluation of the added benefit of new pharmaceuticals, contributing to the planning and execution of clinical studies and HTA strategies.

In Short

• Be part of a cross-functional project team as an expert in statistical topics.
• Plan HTA strategies and create local analysis plans.
• Evaluate and interpret results from clinical study analyses.
• Assist in the biometrical assessment of studies.
• Represent AbbVie in consultations with the G-BA.
• Maintain knowledge of new statistical methods.
• Work collaboratively on complex tasks.
• Utilize programming skills in SAS and/or R.
• Communicate effectively in German and English.
• Contribute to the AMNOG process for drug benefit dossiers.

Requirements

• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Medical Biometry, or equivalent.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, especially in early benefit assessment.
• Knowledge of IQWiG's methodological requirements.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in SAS and/or R programming.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Up-to-date with statistical methods.
• Strong assertiveness.
