Senior Electronic Data Capture (EDC) Lead - Remote

Overview

AbbVie Data Science is a leading team responsible for generating business value from clinical trials data. This role is essential for delivering on program- and study-level accountabilities assigned to Data and Statistical Sciences.

In Short

• Drive the development and maintenance of eCRF Library.
• Develop processes and tools for consistency in data collection standards.
• Ensure EDC systems designs comply with data standards.
• Establish methodologies for EDC system design and development.
• Accountable for timely design and delivery of clinical systems.
• Interact with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards.
• Coach and mentor team members.
• Lead innovation and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; Master’s preferred.
• Expertise in data standards development, especially CDASH and SDTM.
• Strong project management and mentoring experience.
• 5+ years of EDC clinical technology experience.
• In-depth knowledge of clinical trial processes.
• Ability to influence and coach in a matrixed environment.
• Effective communication and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
