Overview

As a SalesForce Quality Management Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for the overall delivery of technical direction, adherence to SLC deliverables, and development and support of applications and systems, ensuring efficient and cost-effective solutions.

• Serve as the system owner for applications and systems.
• Work with project managers on budget accountability and project deliverables.
• Lead architectural and technical SaaS solutions related to Cloud paradigm using Salesforce.
• Conduct investigations and provide technical advice on new technologies.
• Understand and lead conversations related to various programming paradigms.
• Evaluate and recommend software, tools, and utilities.
• Utilize analytical and troubleshooting skills for implementing new technologies.
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver solutions addressing business challenges.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and divisional policies.
• Assist in continuous improvement efforts post-project completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field with 6 years of experience.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in programming or technical architecture.
• Experience as a solution owner and system owner specializing in SaaS.
• Collaboration with technical teams to deliver business solutions.
