Overview

As the Director of Configuration Operations, you will oversee the pharmacy operations team, ensuring that consultative and quality-focused configuration solutions are delivered to clients promptly. Your team serves as the face of Abarca configurations, and your role is to lead them in adhering to quality processes that meet our clients' needs.

  • Oversee configuration operations teams, providing strategic direction and mentorship.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Conduct high-level data analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Lead the development of communication strategies for clients.
  • Collaborate with internal departments for seamless service delivery.
  • Conduct gap analysis to evaluate client requirements.
  • Lead training programs for clients and internal teams.
  • Oversee post-implementation activities and resolve configuration issues.
  • Propose and lead enhancements for configuration efficiency.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing for product enhancements.

Requirements

  • Doctoral Degree in Pharmacy.
  • Current/Active Pharmacy License.
  • 10+ years of experience in pharmacy benefit management.
  • Experience in a leadership role overseeing teams.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible hybrid work model with on-site workdays required.
  • Availability to work in specified time zones.
  • Availability for on-call hours as needed.
