Requirements

• 15 years of experience in LTC underwriting.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Ten years of life underwriting experience.
• Five years of leadership experience.
• Knowledge of life underwriting principles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to negotiate and make difficult decisions.
• Technical underwriting ability.
• Experience with regulatory compliance.
• Proactive and strategic thinking.
