Overview

A1 Competence Delivery Center is expanding its Identity and Access Management DC and is seeking a highly skilled PAM and MFA Service Manager to lead a team responsible for managing PAM and MFA solutions.

In Short

  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians.
  • Oversee maintenance and management of PAM and MFA solutions.
  • Ensure timely resolution of tickets related to PAM and MFA.
  • Onboard new target systems to PAM and MFA solutions.
  • Manage ongoing operations, including updates and configurations.
  • Monitor project progress and delegate tasks accordingly.
  • Support IAM Operations activities.
  • Coordinate troubleshooting and incident management.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
  • Perform administrative tasks including reporting and budgeting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in managing Identity and Access Management solutions.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of PAM and MFA best practices.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
