Overview

We are looking for a business coach to join our team at Garage Door Freedom, where we empower garage door business owners with the tools and knowledge needed for success.

In Short

• Coaching owners, managers, and team leads on business drivers.
• Developing personalized coaching plans.
• Analyzing business performance reports.
• Delivering structured coaching sessions virtually and in-person.
• Facilitating workshops on various topics.
• Partnering with operations, marketing, and finance teams.
• Tracking progress and outcomes using standardized tools.
• Providing candid feedback for continuous improvement.
• Contributing to resource development.
• Attending national industry events (20% travel).

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in coaching or consulting.
• Home services experience is a hard requirement.
• Proven ability to influence business owners.
• Strong understanding of P&L and KPIs.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple relationships.
• Comfortable using business tools and CRM platforms.
• Coaching certification is a plus.
• Ability to travel (20%).
• Eligible to work in the United States.
