At MIxED Agency, we help ambitious entrepreneurs structure a clear, scalable, and aligned business — without mental overload or distraction.

Our flagship program, Scale & Dolce Vita, supports entrepreneurs in the building phase who want to lay solid foundations, find their growth rhythm, and generate real results.

To ensure high-quality follow-up, we are looking for a dedicated Success Coach for daily activation, progress tracking, and strategic support for members.

You are not here to coach in a traditional way.

This role is essential for:

Maintaining a continuous progression dynamic

• Quickly unlocking resistances and slowdowns
• Anchoring success reflexes from the very first steps of the journey

In Short

• Regular follow-up of members via the Heartbeat platform (messages, victories, blockages)
• Daily publication of a quantified victory to nourish collective motivation
• Proactive follow-ups and encouragements to stimulate action
• Strategic support on their content creation (help clarifying hooks, formats, messages)
• Communication of reminders for events (coworking, mentoring, workshops) with energy and enthusiasm
• Estimated mission volume: 30 to 60 minutes per day, 5 days a week

Requirements

• Stable, positive, mobilizing energy
• Ability to follow up firmly and kindly
• Very comfortable with creating and constructively critiquing content (hooks, storytelling, engaging formats)
• Enjoys supporting entrepreneurs in the structuring phase with patience and rigor
• Willing to undergo in-depth training on Amandine's internal method
• Organized, rigorous, and autonomous in daily follow-up management
• Good mastery of Kajabi, Google Drive, Canva
• Comfortable with Notion (or able to learn quickly)
• Strong writing skills: clarity, positive tone, precision
• Strategic sense of digital content: hooks, CTAs, structuring posts
