Overview

As a Specialist at Nationwide Financial, you will be part of a team dedicated to delivering extraordinary care to help individuals and businesses prepare for and protect their retirement.

In Short

• Handle assigned caseloads for retirement plans.
• Manage relationships with clients and business partners.
• Conduct quarterly plan checkup reviews.
• Assist clients with governmental audits.
• Prepare and conduct plan sponsor/participant meetings.
• Communicate effectively with plan sponsors and financial professionals.
• Develop and manage client relationships.
• Identify business needs and provide solutions.
• Work in a fully remote environment.
• Must obtain FINRA Series 6 license within 120 days.

Requirements

• Four years of financial services experience in retirement plans.
• Advanced knowledge of retirement plans and IRS requirements.
• Ability to analyze and recommend solutions to business issues.
• Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead multiple tasks and projects.
• Understanding of complex financial concepts.
• Proven problem-solving skills.
• Continuous development in laws and regulations.
• Ability to develop strong collaborative relationships.
