• Seeking a Database Architect for the Department of Veterans Affairs.
• Responsible for designing and modeling data structures for enterprise systems.
• Focus on scalable, secure, and efficient database architectures.

• Support data standardization and naming conventions.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science or related field.
• 2 years of related professional experience.
• 8 years of additional relevant experience may substitute for education.
• Certified Maximo Deployment Professional or SAFe Agile Architect preferred.
• Experience with financial or government enterprise data environments is a plus.
• Proficiency in data modeling tools such as ER/Studio or ERwin.
• Strong understanding of normalization and indexing strategies.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
