Overview

9th Way Insignia is seeking a Business Process Engineering SME to enhance acquisition workflows for the Department of Veterans Affairs, ensuring efficient and effective business process improvements.

In Short

• Lead business process engineering efforts for the VA's acquisition workflows.
• Assess current processes and define future-state improvements.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to capture and validate requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed process models and documentation.
• Produce architecture and design artifacts for system components.
• Ensure architecture decisions are documented and traceable.
• Translate business outcomes into actionable solution architecture.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Contribute to technical direction and mentorship.
• Maintain compliance with federal regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in business process engineering and improvement.
• Ability to develop process models and maintain documentation.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience producing architecture and design documentation.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
