The Curative Specialist is responsible for reviewing and analyzing ownership documents and liens to clear discrepancies during property searches, utilizing proprietary tools and communicating with involved parties.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in title review or mortgage loans.

• Understanding of the Mortgage Loan Life Cycle.

• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Ability to empathize with clients.
• Sound independent judgment.
• Excellent customer service skills.
