The Senior Specialist HR Operations Support role focuses on ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services across various channels while driving continuous improvement initiatives within the HR shared services environment.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • 5-7 years of experience in HR operations or shared services.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and ticketing systems.
  • Certification in quality management methodologies is a plus.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity in a global environment.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fluency in French, Italian, and English is a must.
  • Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
