Registered Nurse - Home Therapies RN - Remote

Overview

The Registered Nurse - Home Therapies RN is responsible for providing and coordinating clinically competent care for patients undergoing home dialysis therapies, participating in decision-making and quality improvement activities.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum of 2 years of Nephrology Nursing experience.
• Current CPR BLS Certification.
• Must meet practice requirements in the state of employment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to perform physical demands of the role.
• Experience in home dialysis therapies preferred.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing education and training.
• Commitment to patient care and safety.
