Overview

The Registered Nurse - Home Dialysis is responsible for providing and coordinating clinically competent care for patients undergoing home dialysis. The role involves assessing, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patient care while participating in quality improvement activities.

• Entry level position in Clinical Advancement Program (CAP).

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• CPR BLS Certification required.
• Minimum of 1-year experience as a Registered Nurse preferred.
• Home dialysis therapy experience preferred.
• Must meet practice requirements in the state of employment.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams.
• Physical ability to perform nursing duties effectively.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and education.
