Practice Supervisor - Remote

Overview

The Practice Supervisor provides direction and oversight for multiple practice operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and managing operational activities.

• Lead and manage operational activities for multiple practice sites.
• Monitor compliance with federal and local laws.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for client practices.
• Oversee financial performance and staffing strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in healthcare or business administration.
• 2-3 years of experience in practice coordination or supervisory roles.
• Experience with billing and coding, preferably CPC certified.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Office Applications.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple goals and work independently.
• Experience with practice management systems and EHR.
• High degree of initiative and judgment.
