The Payroll Specialist is responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments, and maintaining compliance with legal regulations while providing excellent customer service to employees.

• Handle employee registration and deregistration with social security and health insurance providers.

• Maintain confidentiality of personal and sensitive data.
• Collaborate with external authorities and attend audits as required.
• Stay updated with legal changes impacting payroll processes.
• Generate payroll reports for leadership and statistical bodies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Solid understanding of HR and payroll processes.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and adaptable.
• Proactive team player with problem-solving capabilities.
• Fluency in Czech required; proficiency in English is an advantage.
