Overview

The Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN) CAP 1 is responsible for providing and coordinating clinically competent care for patients, participating in decision-making and quality improvement activities, and ensuring safe delivery of hemodialysis therapy.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current appropriate state licensure.
• Minimum 9 months experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Preferred experience in chronic/acute hemodialysis.
• Must complete CAP requirements to advance.
• Ability to perform essential functions in a healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of patient care standards and regulations.
• Willingness to assist with emergency response measures.
