Outpatient Registered Nurse - RN - Remote

Overview

As a Dialysis Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) with Fresenius Medical Care, you will be part of a close-knit, collaborative team responsible for delivering unique care plans and providing dialysis treatment to patients facing end stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.

In Short

• Full time - Rotating Shift Clinic Hours - 4am - 8:30pm
• Must be flexible to work 4 days - 10 hours shift and alternating Saturdays
• Build strong bonds and lasting relationships with patients and families
• Participate in decision-making and leadership functions
• Coordinates patient care for an assigned group of hemodialysis patients
• Provides initial and ongoing education to patient and family
• Administers medications and adjusts treatment plans as needed
• Ensures patient awareness related to transplant and treatment options
• Completes CAP requirements for career advancement
• Work in a supportive and diverse environment

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Current appropriate state licensure
• Current or successful completion of CPR BLS Certification
• Experience as a Registered Nurse preferred but not required
• Chronic/acute hemodialysis experience preferred but not required
• Compassionate and collaborative qualities
• Must successfully pass the Ishihara Color Blind Test
