In Short

• Provide and prescribe treatments to renal patients using standard therapy and hemodiafiltration.
• Follow protocols and guidelines to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Assess patients, including vascular access and vital parameters.
• Prepare and administer treatment, ensuring quality and safety during procedures.
• Document and report clinical data and nursing actions as per company systems.
• Advise patients on diet, fistula care, medication, and communicate with families when necessary.
• Participate in quality improvement actions and compliance with corporate and legal protocols.
• Complete required training and courses provided by the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• No prior experience required.
• Knowledge in nephrology and dialysis.
• Patient care orientation.
