IntellaTriage is seeking Hospice Triage Nurses to provide care from home, focusing on improving the lives of nurses and patients.

In Short

• Work remotely as a Hospice Triage Nurse.
• Must have or be willing to obtain a Compact LPN license.
• Experience in end-of-life care is required.
• Must have high-speed internet and be tech-savvy.
• Work shifts from 3:30 PM to 9:30 PM CST on weekdays and rotating weekends.
• Receive three weeks of remote paid training.
• Access EMRs for charting and use internal applications.
• Must maintain a HIPAA compliant workspace.
• Paid shift prep and charting time required.

Requirements

• Compact LPN license (must be obtained if not already held).
• Experience in hospice or end-of-life care.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong technology skills and keyboard competence.
• Quiet, distraction-free workspace required.

• Ability to follow instructions and read directions.
• Willingness to work scheduled shifts.
• Must be able to manage time effectively for charting.
