Hospice Triage Nurse - Remote

IntellaTriage is seeking Hospice Triage Nurses to provide after-hours care from home, improving the lives of nurses and patients.

In Short

• Work from home providing hospice and end-of-life care.
• Must have or be willing to obtain a Compact LPN license.
• Experience in hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care is required.
• Must have high-speed internet and be tech-savvy.
• Work shifts include 1 weekday and rotating weekends.
• Receive three weeks of remote paid training.
• Access EMRs for charting and utilize internal applications.
• Must have a quiet, HIPAA-compliant workspace.
• Paid shift prep and charting time required.

Requirements

• Must live in or work from a Compact US state.
• Experience in fast-paced environments like ED or critical care.
• Ability to follow instructions and read directions.
• Must be confident using technology.
