Overview

As a Senior Financial Analyst at 7shifts, you will play a key role in shaping revenue forecasting and analysis by identifying opportunities, risks, and historical trends while supporting ad hoc analyses.

In Short

• Create, maintain, and improve complex revenue models to forecast revenue and assess business performance
• Support business leaders with accurate revenue projections for budgeting and financial planning
• Analyze and report on revenue trends, variances, and key metrics
• Prepare monthly and ad-hoc revenue reports, presenting findings to senior leadership
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for revenue optimization
• Identify and implement process improvements for revenue analysis
• Support financial modeling needs for special projects
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the FP&A system

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in finance, including 2+ years in revenue planning and analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex analyses
• Proven ability to thrive in independent and collaborative settings
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and process-driven
